Give Me More: Things I Want to See More of in Books

I missed doing this prompt last week and still wanted to participate so I'm just posting it a little late. There are quite a things I really like reading about and would love to see more of... (links go to my reviews or Goodreads)

Lists

Bucket lists like in The Next Thing On My List by Jill Smolinksi or unknown lists left to decipher like in One Hundred Names by Cecelia Ahern. I just love lists!

Libraries/Bookstores

Think Love Overdue by Pamela Morsi or The Storied Life of AJ Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin.

Heists

I loved Heist Society, Uncommon Criminals and Perfect Scoundrels by Ally Carter and I want more like this!

Playlists/Music

I love a good book that has a playlist as part of the story or just music references. I like to see how that author picked songs to go along with the story or mood.

Magical Realism

I have a soft spot for magical realism. I loved Garden Spells & First Frost by Sarah Addison Allen, The Sparrow Sisters by Ellen Herrick and The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman.

Fangirls/Geeks

This is one I'm looking forward to getting into more. I've only really read Fangirl and Kindred Spirits by Rainbow Rowell, but I want to read Geekerella by Ashley Poston and Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde.

80s Pop Culture References

I love when books are filled with 80s pop culture like Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. I'm still wishing for a copy of Geekomancy by Michael R Underwood as I've seen that it's right up that alley.

If you've read any amazing books from these groupings tell me about them in the comments as I'm always looking for recommendations. Also, what do you want to see more of?
