For those looking for Adult Romance posts for Romance Week - hop on over to Aislynn's blog - she has author Christy Hayes with a guest post!
Today we have two posts scheduled... first up is a special Deserted Island post with YA author Suzanne Selfors, author of The Sweetest Spell and Mad Love.
Weekly Feature here at Snowdrop Dreams of Books where authors and bloggers share what five books and what five other items they would want with them if they were ever stuck on a deserted island and why they chose them. Some posts are serious, some are extremely silly and some are mixture. Check back every week to see what your favourite authors and bloggers would pick. Click here if you would like to participate.
Hmmmm, that's tough. Let's start with books.
Well,
being a common sense kinda gal, I'd certainly want a seaweed cookbook,
and maybe a Girl Scout survival guide of some sort because I have no idea
how to make a fire from scratch and seaweed soup probably needs a fire.
For entertaining reading I'd choose The Collected Works of William Shakespeare, and Words You Should Know because
I'd finally have time to build that vocabulary I've always wanted to
possess. And for pure pure pure entertainment, I'd request the Downtown Abby scripts, because who doesn't love that show?
As
for items, chocolate is a must since I eat it every day. And espresso
is mandatory, since I'm an addict. I'd need a pencil and pad of paper
since I'm a writer. That leaves only one more item--my dog. Love. My.
Dog.

I just read the sweetest spell last week. :) Thought it was sweet. :) Love the chocolate theme especially. :) I also like how the prince isn't evil... :)
