It’s Wait for You as you’ve never seen it. Trust in Me lets you in on Cam’s side of the #1 New York Times Bestselling story.

Cameron Hamilton is used to getting what he wants, especially when it comes to women. But when Avery Morgansten comes crashing into his life – literally – he finally meets the one person who can resist his soulful baby blues. But Cam’s not ready to give up. He can’t get the feisty and intriguing girl out of his head.

Avery has secrets, secrets that keep her from admitting the feelings Cam knows she has for him. Will persistence (and some delicious homemade cookies) help him break down her barriers and gain her trust? Or will he be shut out of Avery's life, losing his first real shot at the kind of love that lasts forever?

You can check out my review of the first book, Wait For You, to understand my thoughts about this book. Really it's Wait For You told from the point of view of Cam. And as much as some of the story is a repeat, it was a great way to see things from a guy's perspective.

I think I fell in love with Cam even more after reading his view of everything. He wants Avery so badly, but forces himself to take things slow with her. He knows something in her past in haunting her, but not what it is. He takes the time to try to figure out how to help her and even has to push her a little to let him in so she won't be so alone while dealing with her demons. But along the way he also works on his own demons with Avery's help.

The friendship that blooms between the two makes their romance that much more amazing. I really hope they make some appearances in the rest of the series as secondary characters.

“The truth was, if I was perfect, it was only because of her. It would only ever be because of her.”
