Guest Post; Author Angel Haze

Synopsis:
Debonair, a witch from the Unspoken Lands, has meddled in the forbidden practice of magic and created an army of nightmarish proportions. When sixteen-year-old Astanyx and his two best friends return from a hunting trip to find their small town of Polca reduced to smoke and ash, they find themselves thrust into a battle for which they haven't been trained.

With the help of his comrades, including an esteemed warrior, one of the last great wizards and a princess they've sworn to protect, Astanyx must fight to unite the kingdoms of the humans, dwarves and elves. He must ask forbidden questions that no one wants to answer, questions about Talimura's dark history. As Debonair's brutal warriors lay siege to the kingdoms, Astanyx is driven to pursue a fateful quest for a blade powerful enough to defeat the malevolent witch before she destroys the three kingdoms and unleashes an unspeakable ancient evil.
Author Angel Haze is here today to give us a little insight about the villain of her latest novel, Legacies of Talimura: War of the Witch. Debonair is quite the mistress of evil and Angel has been able to put into words that which I could not while writing my review.
Debonair is not your typical witch. The green-faced old hag, whose face is pitted with warts, with dishevelled robes and a pointy hat, cackling as she stirs a bubbling cauldron or flies on a broomstick across a full moon. Debonair is beautiful, seductive, manipulative and evil.
In a time when magic is forbidden, she rises from the shadows, from the land laws forbid all to speak of, leaving a trail of destruction and death. She commands a nightmarish army of orcs, hellfangs, gnomes, and undead.
Nothing you've heard in fairy tales will prepare you for the fight against Debonair. She will not trick you with poisoned apples, kidnap your baby and lock her in a tower, or eat your children.
The extent of her spell casting abilities remains unknown, along with how she learned such a forbidden art. As she creates three-headed hellhounds, rises warriors from the fallen soldiers her army has slain, you must not underestimate her powers.
To face her is to go where no one dares to go. A land whose ancient secrets are the stories of childhood nightmares, a land whose name if uttered can result in imprisonment or worse... But, as Debonair wages war against the human, dwarven, and elven kingdoms, you will have no choice but to ask forbidden questions about the haunted Unspoken-of Lands and pursue a fateful quest for the blade powerful enough to kill her.
The evil Debonair seeks to unleash will leave the rest of Talimura in a state of decay. With Debonair, there is no happily ever after and a poisoned apple will be the least of your worries.
